    Job Description – Marketing Manager

    i.t.NOW is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the success and growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity where you will get to define strategy and ideal customer profile, build inbound marketing funnels, and make an immediate impact.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, a solid understanding of marketing strategy and inbound marketing funnels, copywriting, graphics, video, SEO, and PPC. They will be able to work effectively and accomplish goals independently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategy: Develop strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
    • Funnel Building: Design, develop, and optimize marketing funnels to guide prospects through the buyer's journey, from awareness to conversion.
    • Copywriting: Write compelling and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, advertisements, and social media posts, while ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
    • Simple Graphics Creation: Create basic graphics using graphic design tools to support marketing campaigns, social media posts, and other promotional materials as needed.
    • Video: Create basic video content for social media and supporting channels.
    • SEO: Work with our current SEO vendor to define SEO strategy, develop objectives and goals and foster accountability.
    • PPC: Create and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms to target specific ICPs and assist in building marketing funnels.
    • Market Research: Strategy and data should drive our decision. As part of this role you may have to conduct research to ensure campaigns messaging is appropriate.
    • Reporting: Track campaign results and leverage reporting and data to inform marketing spend.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on funnel building, copywriting, graphics review, and basic graphic design.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated passion for staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
    • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
    • Ability to comprehend and interpret competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
    • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into meaningful analysis.
    • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
    • Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently

    Salary is $50,000 - $75,000 DOE

    i.t.NOW, Inc. offers a 401(k)-retirement investment account; i.t.NOW, Inc. will match up to 4% of your workable pay. 401(k) plans offer a good way for employees to save money for their future and to save on taxes.

    BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) As you become a tenured employee with i.t.NOW, Inc., you will become eligible to receive a substantial bonus at the end of each year, dependent upon the gross margin of the company, if the goal is achieved.

    Employee begins to accrue time off immediately at a rate of 3.08 hours per pay period which equates to two weeks (10 days) PTO your first year. Beginning year 2 through 3, you accrue 3.69 hours per pay period for a total of 12 days PTO. Beginning your fourth year, you accrue 5.23 hours per pay period for a total of 17 days PTO.

    i.t.NOW, Inc. offers great health benefits. They include medical, dental, vision, life, supplemental life, and disability insurance. For most, they become effective on the first of the month following 60-days worked. i.t.NOW, Inc., also covers the cost of life insurance for both employee and dependent(s) with a policy of $25,000 for employee and $10,000 for dependents.
