I am deeply passionate about leadership, management, and foreign languages, which have served as the foundation for my involvement in creating educational programs and services, collaborating on social projects, and mentoring individuals in small business creation. As a lifelong learner, I actively seek opportunities for higher education, skill acquisition, expanding my network, and engaging in teamwork to continually grow and evolve.

As a Risk Management Analyst at Risk International / Hull Risk Management in Sandy, UT since May 2023, I have skillfully crafted detailed quarterly claims reports exceeding $8M and coordinated risk mitigation for Fortune 500 clients, effectively reducing managerial workload by 5%.

In my role as Director at Wiser Center in Cuenca, EC since February 2016, I have driven a 30% increase in revenues by innovating new products and services and enhanced brand awareness by 25% through strategic marketing. 

As a Graduate Student Mentor at the Marriott School of Business from February 2022 to April 2023, I significantly improved job placement rates for MPA graduates. 

During my internship at WCF Insurance, I managed competitor analysis and developed strategies that potentially increased brand awareness by 85%. 

Additionally, as an Export Sales Representative at Krustakade in Zhanjiang, CH, I focused on key regions, achieving a 20% budget saving and expanding product awareness. 

At Mchats, I spearheaded the entry into the Japanese market, increasing revenue and brand awareness by 35%, and developed targeted market entry strategies for Europe.

I completed my Master of Public Administration with a minor in Information Systems in April 2023 at the Marriott School of Business - Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. During my time there, I served as the Program Director for The Black 14 in partnership with BYU Marriott School and was the Senior Project Officer for the Grantwell Consulting Program. I earned third place in the Cicero Group DEI & Bias Reduction in Hiring & Company Culture Case Competition and was awarded the Be a Philanthropist Grant to start a non-profit project.

 Additionally, I was an active member of the Management Consulting Association. Further enhancing my education, I completed a Master of Business Administration at the Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona in December 2023, where I performed as a Student Consultant on the Barcelona Strategic Management Case Analysis. This dual education has equipped me with a robust foundation in both public administration and business management, readying me for a variety of challenging environments.
