Responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of presses, CNC machining machines, robot systems, and the technology used in them.
  • You ensure the output of the systems in terms of quantity and quality.
  • You independently locate, analyze, and resolve technical malfunctions and carry out repairs or troubleshooting in coordination with the equipment supplier.
  • You are responsible for electrical modifications and programming changes to the production lines.
  • You work on the continuous optimization and improvement of processes, such as adjusting control program sequences.
  • You adhere to safety regulations.
  • You support in maintaining spare parts inventory.

Profile:


  • You have completed vocational training as an industrial electronics technician, energy electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or a comparable qualification with a focus on electrical engineering.
  • You have several years of experience in the maintenance of machines and automated production lines.
  • You have indepth knowledge of PLC (S7/TIA-Portal) and experience with robots, ideally Fanuc.
  • You have knowledge of relevant applicable standards and recognized rules of technology.
  • You have knowledge of aluminum body construction and the processes and joining technologies used.
  • You ideally have knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • You have experience in control and regulation technology and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
  • Your work is characterized by independence and teamwork.
  • You are flexible and willing to work in a 3shift model.
