Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for inbound telephone calls for telephone contracts in a modern call center in Bremen - starting immediately and as a full-time position.

Your tasks:

Expert handling of all incoming customer inquiries by phone and in writing
Processing and problemsolving of all customer concerns, such as SIM card activation or order acceptance for smartphones, hardware, etc.
Providing information on billing inquiries, products, prices, or tariffs, including active marketing of upgrades and additional options
Operation of all functions of customerspecific IT systems

You bring with you:

Previous experience as a Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for inbound calls for telephone contracts is desirable
Previous knowledge in the field of mobile communications is desirable
Strong communication and writing skills
Service orientation and quality awareness
Good PC skills
Independent and reliable work ethic
