    **Description**

    **Major Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

    Provide fast and thorough support to our field teams; responding to questions through email and phone support calls with accuracy and professionalism.

    Primary point of contact for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application support to field teams:including technical support for processes, training, troubleshooting, and general support.

    Integration of CRM capabilities with organizational goals, Voyager capabilities, and overall business considerations.

    Work with various Home Office departments to achieve desired organizational goals, including Information Technology, Marketing, Training, Human Resources, and Accounting.

    Attend meetings and conduct field training as needed.

    Minimum Required Qualifications:

    Yardi CRM knowledge.

    Yardi Voyager knowledge.

    1 - 2 years of related work experience in the multifamily industry

    Two-year or four-year degree preferred.

    .Support background, with preference for experience involving software support to multifamily site teams.

    Proficient computer skills, including MS Office tools.

    Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team environment.
