    Description

    Overall Purpose

    Schedules/staffs qualified individuals for roles essential to the success of operations. Develops and nurtures partnerships with hiring collaborators in designated regions. Supports and contributes to the Quality Policies and QMS of the organization.

    Reports to

    Sr. Staffing Specialist

    Responsibilities

    Client relationship & Business development

    • Conducts scheduling, staffing, and recruitment services for containment projects and sorting operations
    • Researches, establishes, and maintains strong affiliations with temporary agencies and recruitment channels
    • Cultivates and oversees relationships with staffing associates
    • Analyzes average hourly wages in relevant recruitment areas
    • Expands candidate resources by liaising with community services, educational institutions, job agencies, and online platforms
    • Ensures timely fulfillment of open positions with temporary staff and direct hires as per TRIGO guidelines

    Operations

    • Ensures a superior level of customer service
    • Aids operations in all staffing requirements for missions
    • Swiftly fills requests for hourly personnel
    • Enters new recruit details into company systems
    • Conducts orientation sessions for new hires on company policies
    • Showcases dedication to minimizing workplace hazards
    • Adheres to local and company Health & Safety regulations and policies

    Organization & management

    • Assists operations in ensuring workforce availability and competency for designated tasks
    • Uploads all necessary documentation for new hires onto company platforms
    • Supports with recruitment/staffing in other regions when required
    • Communicates outcomes of recruitment activities to relevant personnel
    • Sends daily summaries of staffing initiatives to the appropriate team members
    • Ensures prompt processing of invoices from temporary agencies

    Technical

    • Produces and maintains essential Recruiting, Staffing, and HR reports
    • Updates work preferences and scheduling data in company systems

    Other

    • Undertakes any additional responsibilities as delegated
