    MAU is hiring a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator at our client in Greer, SC. As a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator, you will participate in recruiting activities for exempt and/or non-exempt positions and steer the recruiting and hiring process from the initial application stage to onboarding. This is a contract, long-term opportunity.

    Our client, a premier automotive company, is located in the upstate area of SC.

    Shift Information
    • 1st shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Required Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
    • 1+ year(s) of Human Resources experience, preferably to include recruiting experience
    General Requirements
    • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and their impact on selection, interviewing, and hiring practices
    • Ability to work proactively, independently, and within a team environment
    • Ability to multitask and self-direct work to meet targets and deadlines for multiple internal customers simultaneously
    • Flexible in changing priorities when needed
    Essential Functions
    • Steer recruiting activities for exempt and non-exempt positions in various departments throughout the company including both internal and external hires
    • Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to selection and hiring processes
    • Leverage the online recruiting resources and in-house ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to identify and recruit the very best candidates
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist to market openings on social media channels
    • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
    • Prescreen candidates and conduct phone screens
    • Coordinate all communication with candidates with a high level of customer service
    • Coordinate interview schedules, panels, and applicants
    • Participate in interview with Senior Recruiters
    • Schedule physicals, reference checks, and set start dates for qualified candidates
    • Input, track, and report data for non-exempt hiring processes
    • Organize and document post-interview debrief/feedback and follow-up activities with interview teams and candidates
    • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of Senior Recruiters and within the guidelines
    • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure compliance topics are addressed
    • Instruct, observe, facilitate, and document assessments and results
    • Adhere to agreed upon targets (i.e. Time to fill and other targets as assigned)
    • Perform other tasks as assigned
