    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.


    • Assist in all aspect of Payroll Tax
    o Federal, State, Unemployment, and Local jurisdictions


    • Assist with research, system set ups, and resolution of payroll tax related items.
    • Research and resolve inquiries/notices from agencies and vendors.
    • Partner with Third Party Administrator and other vendors to improve processes.
    • Prepare W2C forms, submit W2C amendment packages to 3rd party filer.
    • Maintain unemployment rate notices with Equifax and our system of record.
    • Process payments, maintain logs, reconcile funding.
    • Assist in periodic, quarterly & annually tax filings.
    • Maintain interdepartmental relationships as well as store relationships.

    Requirements:


    Education:

    High School diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred.

    Experience
    :
    1-3 years related payroll tax, payroll, accounting, or other applicable experience preferred.

    Computer Skills:

    Intermediate Excel and Outlook experience. Experience with large HCM/payroll systems and working with 3rd party tax filers preferred.
    Other Skills:

    Professionalism, outstanding organizational skills, strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, find solutions, and the desire to work in a team-oriented environment required.
