    Role Overview: In this role as a Packaging Engineer, you'll play a crucial part in crafting and refining packaging solutions for our advanced networking products. Your work will directly influence product reliability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with diverse teams to create and optimize packaging solutions for our cutting-edge networking products.
    • Use CAD software to design custom packaging solutions that meet our product specifications.
    • Manage packaging engineering processes, from planning to testing, and liaise with vendors.
    • Enhance packaging designs to improve transportation efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and industry norms.

    Requirements:

    • 2-5 years of experience in protective packaging design, preferably in the electronics sector.
    • Proficient in CAD software.
    • Solid grasp of packaging materials and manufacturing processes.
    • Knowledge of Agile PLM is a plus.
    • Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

    Location: This role is based at our Santa Clara, CA headquarters.
