- Lead the design and development of circuit card assemblies and electronic systems.
- Oversee the specification and control of the Printed Circuit Board artwork process and fabrication.
- Integrate Electronic Design, PWB layout, and Component Engineering functions to efficiently develop the company's products.
- Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and advancing technological capabilities.
- Manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, coordinating efforts to meet project deliverables and timelines.
- Direct the process definition and implementation for engineering design within the discipline.
- Train and monitor personnel to adhere to established processes, initiating major development phase transitions.
- Conduct performance reviews, manage staffing needs, and support the career development of team members.
- BS in Engineering or a relevant field, with at least 10 years in Electronic Engineering and 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects within a matrix organization.
- Proven track record of leading teams in the development and successful deployment of electronic systems for military or aerospace applications.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
