    Description

    Role Summary:

    As Engineering Manager, lead engineers in developing and enhancing company products, ensuring compliance with standards and customer needs, particularly in aerospace. Foster teamwork and streamline processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Guide team in product development to meet standards and customer requirements.

    2. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders for effective project management.

    3. Organize activities to achieve development goals and manage risks.

    4. Enhance engineering efficiency and support sales efforts.

    5. Make critical design decisions and lead responses to proposals.

    6. Coach team members and contribute to departmental goals.

    7. Explore innovation opportunities and maintain customer relationships.

    8. Lead audits to ensure compliance.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

    8 years product design/engineering experience or 5 years in management.

    Advocate for teamwork with leadership skills.

    Preferably aerospace or medical industry experience.

    Proficient in MS Office and 3D CAD/CAE.

    Knowledge/experience of PDM and configuration management preferred.
