Healthcare Administrator (m/f/d): Immediately - Full and Part-time - Permanent - Job ID 31

Your responsibilities will include:

In your role, you will support the team of the outpatient clinic and general medical professionals on site
You will be responsible for appointment management, including scheduling specialist appointments and coordinating transportation options efficiently
You will handle all administrative tasks related to the outpatient clinic
You will accompany and coordinate the outpatient clinic
All services will be provided in close consultation with the client, taking into account the scope of services under the Asylum Seekers' Benefits Act

Your qualifications:

Ideally, you have completed training as a healthcare administrator or have a comparable qualification

- (First) professional experience, ideally in the field of general medicine, would be desirable

Teamoriented personality, committed and independent way of working
Flexibility, willingness to work and sense of responsibility
Ability to quickly grasp complex situations and find efficient solutions
Strong communication skills, knowledge of foreign languages, especially English or Russian, would be desirable
Friendly, respectful interaction with people of different backgrounds
Identification with the principles of the German Red Cross
