- Collaboration with Global Business Units: Work closely with Global Business Units to understand their needs, align priorities, and develop effective digital marketing strategies.
- Initiative Scoping : Define the scope of digital initiatives, considering business requirements, resource availability, and project feasibility.
- Lead Capability Development: Coordinate work across Polaris Global Business units and external vendors to align GBU strategies and business needs with new capability development.
- Industry Trends : Research industry trends and report opportunities and their impact on the organization.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with current and new platform partners.
- Technology Evaluation: Evaluate new technologies, trends, and industry best practices in the digital advertising landscape.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships : Foster partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Visual teams.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in enterprise initiatives and projects focused on driving operational standards to drive business results required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Project Management or related field required.
- Experience working in multiple functions such as marketing, project management, lean six sigma and technical groups.
- Experience leading teams and business strategies which balance business, legal and technical complexities to develop sustainable solutions for the enterprise.
- Experience leading projects with both external and internal partners.
