Job Description

NCAA Division III institution and member of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin, is seeking applications for a Head Women's Bowling Coach. This position reports to the Athletic Director and is an incredible opportunity for a passionate, competitive and collaborative leader who enjoys a flexible yet high-performing workplace culture.

Part-time position requires two years previous successful coaching and or participation experience at the college or high school level.
Knowledge of USBC and bowling techniques.
Assume all aspects of coaching, recruiting, scheduling, travel and budget management.
Evening and weekend hours are essential and must be cleared to drive college vehicles.
Work closely with the Athletic Director and Vice President for Enrollment to set annual recruiting goals.
Maintain and promote the academic pursuits of Carthage student-athletes.
Comply with and reinforce the athletic department's rules and mission; acts professionally and communicates appropriately with the college's students, coaches, administration, staff, alumni and spectators; as well as willingness to develop professionally.
