Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist located in the Midland-Odessa, TX, Petroplex.
The Human Resources Generalist will handle day-to-day HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
Additionally, the HR Generalist will collaborate with various teams, ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
QualificationsKnowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and general Human Resources best practices.
Proficiency in recruitment processes, onboarding practices, and performance management systems.
Experience in administering employee benefits and maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Familiarity with HR software and tools is preferred.
Human Resources experience, or a related field is highly desirable, including demonstrated experience.
