- Communicate with investment advisors and financial experts regarding investment matters and liquidity requirements.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to open and manage trust accounts and oversee administrative procedures.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute ideas for process improvement to enhance client service.
- Adhere to trust administration best practices and core company values to deliver exceptional results consistently.
- 7+ years of trust administration experience

Position Overview:
The Delaware Senior Trust Officer (Delaware STO) at Bank of America plays a vital role in managing a trust book and offering expertise in Delaware Trust Law to national markets. Collaborating closely with national Private Bank teams and ML fiduciary advisors, the Delaware STO contributes to achieving strategic objectives in the PWM markets.
