    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and establishing relationships with potential clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's customer base and drive revenue growth.
    • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and adherence to company objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
    • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the company's products and services.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition and unique selling points of the company.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate strategies.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results.
    • Experience in the technology or software industry (preferred).
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (required).
