- Monitor the safety and security of the property and surrounding complex through mobile/foot patrol, stationary post, and traffic control.
- Perform safety duties at special events including checking access passes, protecting property, maintaining order, and directing traffic.
- Provide assistance to guests and employees in need of medical attention, while awaiting the arrival of emergency medical personnel.
- Respond to hotel and emergency events.
- Prepare incident, accident, and other reports required at a specific post assignment.
- Conduct safety inspections, report safety hazards and defective equipment.
- Provide security to dignitaries and celebrities, escort employees carrying valuables.
- Conduct employee parcel inspections, ID verification, and enforce company policies.
- Provide on-the-job training to new security agents.
- Support Lost and Found operation as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees throughout the property and surrounding complex. Provide security for special events, shows, and functions held at the hotel and convention center facilities.
