- Minimum of 2 years of experience estimating in in site work and excavation.
- Review blueprints, bid documents, specifications, geotechnical and environmental reports and prepare RFI's.
- Proven skills in quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimating techniques.
- Be aggressive with bids and find a lead worth chasing.
- Be good with changing orders and minimize costs.
- Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Bid (Estimating) software a plus.
- Autonomy with the Estimator position.
- Competitive salary ranging from $90K-$160K per year based on experience.
