We are a modern tax consulting firm located in Hannover-List with a solid, long-standing client base primarily in the commercial middle market.

We are also affiliated with a restructuring consulting firm in the form of a law firm (WVP CONCEPT).

Our focus is on tax planning and we frequently provide business and financial planning advice. We exclusively use digital methods for financial accounting and are currently expanding our client base to include national clients.

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking:
Student Assistant (m/f/d) part-time or as a mini-job

Responsibilities:

Financial accounting, including VAT returns, data transfer from previous systems, and preparation of reports (controlling reports)
Support in the preparation of annual financial statements and income statements, including business and personal tax returns
Independent correspondence with clients and tax authorities, as well as conducting tax assessment reviews, accompanying tax audits, and handling appeals procedures

Qualifications:

Focus on accounting and/or business tax law
Independent, structured thinking and working style with high quality standards and selfinitiative
Proficient in MS Office (particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Preferred but not required: experience in a tax consulting firm and/or in business accounting
