    We are a leading producer of building materials in North America, with operations spanning multiple states.

    And we are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Internal Auditor with 5 years experience to join our team onsite.

    We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Senior Internal Auditor to join our team.

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading construction/manufacturing firm, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's internal control structure.

    This position will provide you with the opportunity to engage with multiple facets of the business, where you will be responsible for leading internal audits, identifying potential risks, and ensuring the company's financial and operational processes are compliant with industry standards and regulations.

    As a Senior Internal Auditor, your primary responsibilities will include:

    Conducting internal audits across the organization to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.

    Identifying and assessing areas of significant business risk, inherent risks and mitigating controls.
    Preparing detailed reports on audit findings and making recommendations to improve the company's internal controls and governance processes.
    Developing annual audit plans and coordinating with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process.
    Utilizing data analysis tools such as ACL and IDEA to enhance audit effectiveness and efficiency.
    Providing guidance and support to junior audit staff, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
    Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
    Assisting in the development and implementation of new or updated policies and procedures.
    A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
    A minimum of 5 years of experience in Internal Audit and/or public accounting.
    A minimum of 3 years of work experience with SAP Products.
    Strong experience in data analysis using tools like ACL and IDEA.
