    A great UHY client is seeking a

    Senior Financial Analyst

    to join their team.

    The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, very advanced Excel skills, and experience with developing complex financial models and budgets/forecasts.

    It is anticipated that there will be more in-office meetings for the first 6 to 8 weeks, and will transition to 3 or 4 days remote over time.

    This is a client direct hire position.

    Senior Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities:
    Work with executive leadership to develop complex financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

    Act as a change agent and thought leader – pursue opportunities to streamline processes and implement efficienciesAssist with the ERP implementationAnalyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning and resource allocation.

    Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement through thorough analysis and scenario planning.
    Prepare and distribute regular financial reports and variance analyses to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.

    Partner with department heads to evaluate financial performance against targets and provide actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

    Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Sales, and Marketing to support business initiatives and drive informed decision-making.
    Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing financial insights and recommendations that align with organizational objectives.
    Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    Identify opportunities to streamline reporting mechanisms and enhance data visualization to facilitate decision-making processes.
    Implement best practices in financial analysis and reporting to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
    Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required, including scenario modeling.
    Respond to inquiries from management and other stakeholders by providing timely and accurate financial information and analysis.


    Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting roles.
    Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    Advanced Excel skillsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
    Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
    Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
