Company Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to join a well-established organization within the manufacturing industry.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with SEC reporting requirements, conducting technical accounting research, and supporting our financial reporting initiatives under the guidance of our Director of Financial Reporting.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for initial preparation and ongoing maintenance of the Company's external reporting documents
Oversee financial planning, estimating, and reporting processes including reviewing the general ledger, consolidating the P&L, managing corporate files and templates, and putting together financial variance commentary.
Identify and implement ways to further simplify, automate & standardize processes across all areas.Contribute to presentations to Finance leadership & perform ad hoc analyses, providing insightful views into the operations and financial performance.
Perform diligent and detailed reviews of the documents for clerical accuracy, grammar, formatting and consistency of the information across documentsPrepare and maintain tie-out and audit trail support for information contained in public reports
Serve as the key point person for the assembly and distribution of external reporting documents to internal and external recipients
Assist with improving the process of financial consolidation and reporting, including the implementation of new systems & software related to this process
Responsible for various finance reporting and accounting special projects
Education and Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 plus years of progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
General ledger experience.
Proficient with MS Office – particularly Excel & PowerPoint.
Strong analytical skills, process thinker, forecasting/planning skills.
Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Self-starter, can work independently.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail and deadlines
Compensation:
$80,000 - $105,000 in salary + bonus
