Are you a highly skilled financial analyst looking for a challenge? We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team at Hasbro This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a company that is as constantly innovating and creating products that bring joy to millions of fans around the world.

We are looking for someone to play a crucial role in driving financial performance and providing strategic insights across our business.

You'll work collaboratively to ensure flawless execution of financial processes and deliver best-in-class financial analysis. This role can be based in RI or remotely in the United States.

What You'll Do:
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to optimize financial results
Create and update financial models to assess the implications of key critical initiatives
Collaborate with teams across the Finance function to develop and analyze meaningful metrics for performance assessment and management
Partner with Functional and Cross-Functional partners to develop accurate in-year and long-range forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Prepare and present financial reports to Finance and Business senior management, highlighting portfolio performance opportunities and risks
Support the budgeting process and provide financial guidance to business partners
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and controls

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles
Consistent track record of successfully implementing financial analysis and reporting processes
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with a focus on financial modeling
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
