    About the Role:
    We are looking for a proactive Cost Accountant to join our finance team. The role involves analyzing and reporting on the financial performance of our manufacturing operations, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals with a strong cost accounting background.

    Responsibilities:
    - Conduct cost accounting tasks for manufacturing operations, such as analyzing production costs and overhead expenses.
    - Establish and manage standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead.
    - Monitor cost variations and provide explanations for deviations.
    - Assist in month-end closing activities and create financial reports.
    - Collaborate with teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance processes.
    - Engage in inventory management, including physical counts.
    - Support audit processes by offering relevant documentation.
    - Stay updated on industry trends in cost accounting and manufacturing practices.

    Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 3 years’ experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in financial reporting.
    - CPA or CMA certification is a bonus.
