    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Chubb has an opening for a Marketing Coordinator Our ideal candidate enjoys supporting a team in developing integrated marketing communication programs that effectively drive business results.

    This position reports to the Vice President of Marketing Communications for North America on a hybrid schedule in our Philadelphia office (3 days in office, 2 days remote). It also requires the ability to travel 25-30%. It supports the management and implementation of integrated communication plans for internal and external audiences to ensure they are high-quality, business-driven, and effective. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to manage many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

    Responsibilities:
    • Support the team in executing annual marketing plans and budgets for the business.
    • Coordinate the integrated deployment of various marketing/communications tools, such as collateral, trade shows, events, email marketing, digital marketing, social media, and communications strategies.
    • Assist in delivering communication assets to various audiences through multiple internal and external communications channels (traditional and social media, website, e-marketing, The Village, etc.).
    • Provide communications support, as appropriate, including presentations, articles, speeches, and other materials.
    • Manage the development and production of event marketing materials, including publications, product brochures, broker support materials, trade shows, etc., in compliance with the Chubb brand standards.
    • Oversee the business's social media activities and become the administrator for Chubb Club. Provide quarterly training to colleagues on LinkedIn, Chubb Club, and other relevant social media platforms, as appropriate.
    • Develop and author the internal newsletter for financial lines and ensure its weekly publication. Work closely with the internal communications team to deliver regular news and publication updates on behalf of the business.
    • Support the development of thought leadership assets to various audiences (brokers, clients, media, etc.) through multiple communications channels (media, web, etc.)
    • Conduct research and support major marketing campaigns, such as competitive intelligence and analysis, and support outreach efforts to help amplify campaign reach.
