The role of the Educator is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating a first-class customer service or guest experience in our retail stores.

They are responsible for engaging with our guests, sharing high-quality product training, and authentically speaking about our community and culture.


Key Job Responsibilities:
Guest (i.e. customer) Experience

  • Interacting with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a way that values their time.
  • Assessing guest needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
  • Providing technical product training by articulating the value and benefits of the product.
