Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in the conceptual development and optimization of our document management system based on SER DOXIS4.
  • Ensure the application operation for our ECM / DMS environment
  • Consult and support our DMS users
  • Conduct trainings for our users
  • Collaborate in the continuous improvement of our document management system
  • You are responsible for the smooth operation of the DMS software in the server area and on our clients.
  • Co-responsible for the user experience and acceptance of the DMS environment

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on computer science or completed training in the IT field
  • Experience in the support and administration of DMS applications, ideally with SER Doxis4
  • Experience with scripting and programming languages ​​(Java, C #, VBA, VB, PowerShell)
  • Experience and good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and SQL Server
  • O365 knowledge with a focus on Share-Point Online
  • You are characterized by teamwork and communication skills
