Boulevard Park is looking for a specialist (m/f/d) in psychosomatics and psychotherapy to join our team at the Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Psychosomatic Medicine.

This position is available in full-time or part-time. Our clinic serves the northern region of Essen, with a population of over [insert number] residents.

We have a total of 140 beds in our inpatient department, 40 treatment places in our day clinic, and an outpatient department (Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic).

The day clinic and psychiatric outpatient clinic are jointly managed by the Philippusstift and a cooperation partner. Additionally, our clinic is connected to a social psychiatric center to ensure community-based psychiatric care.


Your responsibilities will include conducting medical history interviews, developing the medical part of treatment plans, documenting medical records, and creating discharge reports.

You will also participate in on-call duty.


We are looking for a candidate with a completed specialist training in psychosomatics, who is dedicated and interested in the diverse tasks of both outpatient and inpatient psychiatry.

You should have the necessary empathy when dealing with patients and enjoy working in a team with doctors, psychologists, and social workers.

Cooperation and communication skills are also essential.
