The main goal of the Inside Sales Client Manager (m/f/d) at Slate Springs is to manage and expand customer relationships and drive the expansion and renewal of all solutions within assigned customer segments.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Client Managers (m/f/d) are passionate customer advocates with a strong interest in ensuring customer satisfaction.
- You are able to build and maintain customer relationships and show interest in and knowledge of their environment.
- You ensure consistent customer satisfaction throughout the entire customer purchase process by developing, implementing, and managing resources for the contract for each customer.
- Your main goal is to manage and increase revenue and expansion in all solution areas for assigned customers.
- You have excellent communication skills to communicate respectfully with customers.
- You utilize NTT's sales tools (e.g. ) and methodology to effectively manage customers, opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.
