- Identify business opportunities, provide recommendations, and implement improvements.
- Support operational excellence efforts to standardize, centralize and deliver value to the operating companies through service delivery.
- Lead a variety of small- to mid-size projects, which may involve developing solutions for problems.
- Identify, recommend and implement changes to policies, procedures, and business models.
- Map, analyze and enhance business processes.
- Review and compile data to inform decision making, report on progress and communicate needs.
- Articulate complex and technical concepts with non-technical audiences in a manner that is clear, concise, and adds value to these audiences.
- Provide accurate, timely and responsive services to the business.
- Perform additional duties as requested or assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting; or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
- 3-5 years of experience on business project teams in a business analyst capacity on with project leadership.
- Understanding of business systems, processes, data, and user needs.
- Strong technical skills and aptitude to learn new systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- High level proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Power Query and VBA programming preferred.
