    Key Responsibilities:

    • Comprehensive Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy in close partnership with the Chief Digital Officer. Ensure consistency and alignment across all divisions, including ProTech, LifeTech, and InfoTech, enhancing DCC Technology's brand coherence and visibility across multiple communication channels.
    • Internal Communication Enhancement: Strengthen DCC Technology's internal connectivity by fostering a strong alignment with the company's purpose and core values. Utilize various communication platforms such as town halls, newsletters, and intranet updates to engage employees and align them with the company's vision and goals.
    • Executive Leadership Amplification: Support and amplify the voices of the CEO and Divisional CEOs, enhancing their presence and impact across diverse communication channels to activate and reinforce the corporate brand.
    • Brand Reputation Management: Proactively safeguard and enhance the company's brand reputation through comprehensive crisis management protocols and media relations strategies. Monitor and address emerging issues or reputational risks promptly and effectively.
    • Media Relations and Publicity: Act as the primary spokesperson and media liaison for DCC Technology. Cultivate relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers to generate positive media coverage and increase the company's visibility. Manage all media inquiries, interview requests, and press releases.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders including employees, investors, customers, media outlets, industry analysts, and government agencies. Develop and execute targeted communication plans tailored to inform and engage these various groups.
    • Cultural and Communication Nuance: Implement and maintain a consistent 'tone of voice' across all communications that supports the People Strategy, emphasizing areas such as Inclusion and Diversity, Engagement, and Talent Development.
    • Digital Communications Management: Oversee DCC Technology's external communications platforms, such as the company website and social media channels. Track effectiveness through engagement metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics to optimize reach and impact.
    • Innovation and Industry Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communications to continually bring innovative ideas and approaches to the organizational communication strategy, ensuring DCC Technology remains a leader in the tech industry.

    This role involves significant coordination with marketing and social media teams to ensure that all communications reflect DCC Technology's culture and activities accurately, reinforcing the brand's presence in the market.

    Desirable Experience:

    • Background in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing.
    • Demonstrable writing expertise, potentially evidenced by a relevant qualification.
