    Description

    Field Nurse Case Manager

    Are you interested in helping patients navigate our healthcare system more efficiently and effectively for their benefit? Have a passion for injured workers? We are hiring a full-time, fully benefited Field Case Manager to meet with patients at Physician offices during their recovery process. We are willing to train If you have a certification listed below, apply today

    Requirements:

    • PA Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • ICU, ER, Orthopedic, Home Health, or Occupational Health experience preferred
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)

    Benefits:

    • Home office equipment provided
    • Salary, monthly bonus, mileage reimbursement, and excellent comprehensive benefits including Health Insurance and 401k
    • Monthly Bonus Averages between approximately $500 and $2,500
