The Käthe-Kollwitz
  • Straße daycare center in Haan follows the concept of open pedagogy.
The center currently serves 100 children between the ages of four months and school entry. The focus of the facility is on inclusion, physical activity, hiking and adventure groups, language and musical early education. As a motivator, you continuously inspire the children to participate in new activities and programs. You provide pedagogical support to the children and assist them in their personal development. You also foster a trusting relationship with parents and colleagues. You have the freedom to use your creativity in planning daily activities.

We are looking for someone with a recognized pedagogical education, such as a state-recognized educator, a social pedagogical degree, or a comparable qualification.

You should also have a high level of resilience, responsibility, and a friendly and respectful demeanor.

We value an enthusiastic personality with motivation, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards the goals of the Arbeiterwohlfahrt, combined with a desire for personal and professional development.

You should enjoy working with children and have the ability to set boundaries while also recognizing their smallest developmental steps and appreciating their individual and special abilities.
