- Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for and development of the Scrum process and its correct implementation in projects with high complexity and fixed or changing Scrum teams
- Coaching and guiding colleagues in the context of agile transformation, as well as KPI and performance tracking
- Responsibility for the correct implementation of agile frameworks in projects with high complexity
- Establishment of agile values, methods, and frameworks in teams and elimination of obstacles (disruptions, processes, waiting times, etc.) and support for teams
- Coordination and moderation of agile events such as dailies, refinements, plannings, reviews, and retros
- Close collaboration with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders in the company
- Technical and technological consulting for service managers on product and project requirements
- Many years of experience in the relevant areas, interdisciplinary knowledge
- Experience in change management, application of Scrum with relevant tools, as well as the ability to advise, introduce, apply, and further develop agile methods
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to constantly learn and improve
- Strong emotional intelligence skills
- Good English skills
