'Expand our real estate expertise and strengthen our real estate management in South Farmingdale, NY

We are responsible for the administration and management of our buildings and negotiate all rental and purchase agreements for our existing properties.

Together with the expansion, construction department, and teams from technology and service, we support EDEKA Minden-Hannover in all real estate matters.


Tasks we entrust to you:


  • With dedication, you will be responsible for the rental and marketing of shop/concession areas as well as disposal areas at EDEKA Minden-Hannover locations.
  • You will develop marketing concepts, take care of tenant acquisition and contract negotiations/closings, and participate in revitalization measures and new construction projects.
  • Market and competition monitoring is an important part of your future work.
  • You also have an eye on the care of tenants and regularly conduct site inspections.
  • As a qualified specialist advisor, you will support our business partners, for example, in remodeling plans for the precheckout zone/mall.
  • The creation of rental income and investment plans, as well as condition sheets and decision templates, are also part of your tasks.

Do you recognize yourself?:


  • You have completed training as a real estate clerk, real estate specialist, or have a degree in real estate management, business administration, or similar.
