- Maintaining employee records and databases with accurate information on employment details, salary, benefits, training, performance reviews, etc.
- Processing employee changes like new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, etc. Preparing documentation and ensuring proper approvals.
- Answering employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, etc. Resolving routine issues and concerns.
- Preparing HR reports and metrics on headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc. Compiling and analyzing HR data.
- Assisting with the recruitment process - posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, etc.
- Coordinating training programs - booking venues, arranging trainers, managing attendance.
- Onboarding new employees - ensuring documentation, system access, office setup, etc.
- Offboarding employees - knowledge transfer, returning equipment, removing accesses.
- Managing inventory and orders for office supplies and HR materials.
- Performing general admin duties - file management, data entry, copying, faxing, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years of HR admin experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
