    ABOUT THE COMPANY
    Our client is an industry leader in the Columbus area looking for a highly motivated individual to join their team and make an impact immediately. The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department.

    Key duties include:

    • Maintaining employee records and databases with accurate information on employment details, salary, benefits, training, performance reviews, etc.
    • Processing employee changes like new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, etc. Preparing documentation and ensuring proper approvals.
    • Answering employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, benefits, etc. Resolving routine issues and concerns.
    • Preparing HR reports and metrics on headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc. Compiling and analyzing HR data.
    • Assisting with the recruitment process - posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, etc.
    • Coordinating training programs - booking venues, arranging trainers, managing attendance.
    • Onboarding new employees - ensuring documentation, system access, office setup, etc.
    • Offboarding employees - knowledge transfer, returning equipment, removing accesses.
    • Managing inventory and orders for office supplies and HR materials.
    • Performing general admin duties - file management, data entry, copying, faxing, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
    • 2-4 years of HR admin experience
    • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and work independently


    The HR Administrator will be crucial in maintaining organized personnel records and ensuring smooth HR operations.
