    • This position is hands on, we need a team player who will jump in and learn the processes of the organization
    • Base Pay - $100,000 to $120,000

    Overview of the Controller role:

    • Responsible for all accounting and finance functions
      • Journal entries, month and year end close, financial consolidations, budgeting & forecasting
    • Maintain general ledger accounts, perform monthly variance analysis
    • Oversee Treasury
    • Maintain schedules
      • Fixed Assets, Inventory & Depreciation
      • Prepaid Expenses
      • Standard Monthly Accruals
      • Other Critical accounts as determined
      • Responsible for year-end closing schedules as assigned
    • Lead and develop a small team of direct reports
    • Opportunities to lead process improvement and other projects
    • Backup for all accounting department personnel
    • Assist CFO with special projects

    Preferred Qualifications for the Controller:

    • Bachelors Degree in Accounting
    • 5+ years of experience in an accounting or finance related role
    • Audit experience
