    Senior Full Stack Developer (C# .Net Core and React) - Join the Innovative Team at Warrior Insurance Network

    Location: Bedford Park, IL (On-site 3 days a week w/hybrid schedule flexibility)


    Warrior Insurance Network Overview: At Warrior Insurance Network, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of technological innovation in the insurance industry. We are excited to welcome a Senior Full Stack Developer specializing in C# .Net Core and React to our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our cutting-edge insurance applications, contributing to both front-end and back-end development with a strong focus on microservices architecture.


    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead the development of high-quality web applications using C# and React, ensuring robustness, scalability, and performance
    • Design, develop, and implement microservices architecture
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    • Implement and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
    • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
    • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
    • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
    • Participate in code reviews, pair programming sessions, and mentor teammates to foster their growth
    • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
    • Integration of data storage solutions
    • Work within an Agile environment, adapting to and embracing Agile methodologies
    • Contribute to the DevOps culture in the team, including continuous integration and continuous deployment processes

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on C# and React
    • Proven experience in building and scaling microservices
    • Strong knowledge of .NET Core framework and proficiency in building applications using C#
    • Expertise in multiple front-end technologies, particularly
    • Experience with DevOps tools and practices
    • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases
    • Experience working in an Agile development environment
    • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
    • Familiar with various design and architectural patterns
    • Skill for writing reusable libraries
    • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
