SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for managing regional wide (Holy Spirit and Hampden Medical Center) Infection Prevention and Control operations and programs that monitor hospital acquired infection (HAI) rates and required reporting to the National Health and Safety Network (NHSN).
