Overview:

Duties:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and sterile processing standards
Utilize diagnostic evaluation skills to assess patient conditions
Provide specialized care in areas such as pediatrics, neonatal ventilator, cardiac catheterization, mammography, etc.
Operate medical equipment including ventilators and other specialized devices

Skills:

Proficient in patient care techniques and best practices
Experience with neonatal ventilator management
Knowledge of sterile processing procedures
Strong diagnostic evaluation skills
Understanding of infection control protocols
Ability to work in various medical specialties like pediatrics, cardiac catheterization, and mammography
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
