Job Description:
Oran INC. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Department of Defense (DOD) projects with a focus on Agile methodologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring, while leveraging Agile principles to drive efficiency and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of DOD projects, applying Agile principles and methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans and schedules.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, stakeholders, and leadership, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or concerns.

Manage project risks and dependencies, proactively identifying and mitigating obstacles to ensure successful project outcomes.

Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability within the project team, empowering team members to take ownership of their work and drive results.

Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement and best practice sharing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, computer science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing Department of Defense (DOD) projects, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PMP or similar Agile certification required.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proven track record of adapting Agile practices to suit the unique needs and constraints of DOD projects, while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Active security clearance-Secret.
