- Develop and strengthen relationships within the existing territory client book.
- Consolidate assets and drive revenue growth through proactive client engagement.
- Follow up on prospect information from well-developed lead sources, nurture opportunities, and close deals to onboard new clients.
- Understand client needs, investment objectives, and risk profiles to offer tailored solutions and investment strategies that meet their requirements.
- Conduct client presentations and meetings that effectively communicate the value proposition of our investment strategies, financial planning programs, and our holistic wealth management services.
- Network with custodial partners and act as an ambassador for the firm, representing its differentiated strategy values and service model.
- Generate opportunities for custodian branch office presentations to showcase the firm's capabilities.
- Schedule client reviews, manage account paperwork, and address miscellaneous service items as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio management, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client onboarding, effective communication, and alignment of client expectations.
- Build review presentations and client proposals, leveraging market and investment product knowledge for systematic strategies.
- Input portfolio planning information to Money Guide Pro or other planning platforms as provided.
- Maintain client communication records in the relationship management platform, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming emails, calls, and meeting requests from clients and prospects.
- Possess a CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a high-net-worth client-facing role.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Exhibit a strong aptitude for learning and communicating market trends, investment product knowledge, and systematic strategies.
- Display a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential client information.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, provide exceptional service, and exceed client expectations.
