    We are on the lookout for a visionary and performance-oriented Vice President of Client Engagement to lead our strategic client engagement initiatives. This role will report directly to the CEO as a key member of our strategic leadership team and is crucial for championing our client engagement framework, ensuring that our clients achieve remarkable success and value through our comprehensive suite of revenue cycle management solutions. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge from the healthcare sector, particularly in revenue cycle management, and a demonstrated history of steering teams towards exemplary client satisfaction and organizational growth.

    Health Business Solutions (HBIZ), founded in 2002, is a high-impact, transitional outsourcing firm that provides near-term relief to overturn denied claims and accelerate cash while concurrently working with providers and health systems to address Revenue Cycle under-performance.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Leadership and Strategy: Spearhead the client Success division by crafting and executing a clear, impactful vision and strategy that is in harmony with Hbiz's overarching goals. Instill a culture of client-first mentality across the team and wider organization.


    • Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with clients, acting as a trusted senior advisor to our most significant accounts to address their needs and challenges efficiently.


    • Operational Excellence: Guide the deployment of client engagement methodologies and standards to guarantee a uniform and superior client experience. Utilize performance metrics to uncover trends and pinpoint improvement opportunities.


    • Collaboration: Ensure seamless cooperation with sales, marketing, product, and operations departments to incorporate client insights into product innovation and operational enhancements.


    • Revenue Growth: Explore and capitalize on opportunities for account growth and renewal, collaborating with the sales team to meet and surpass revenue objectives. Align client success endeavors with broader business revenue ambitions.

    Subject Matter Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of revenue cycle functions, end to end processes, revenue cycle vendor management, and denied claims management.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or similar advanced degree.


    • Over 10 years of relevant experience in client success, account management, or strategic consulting, specifically within the healthcare sector and focusing on revenue cycle management.


    • Proven experience in working with senior leadership in an advisory capacity and able to translate client needs into actionable solutions.


    • Demonstrated leadership prowess with a track record of propelling teams towards meeting business and client satisfaction targets.


    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at deciphering complex data to generate actionable strategies.


    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and stakeholders across all levels.


    • Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare systems, regulatory environments, and the dynamic nature of revenue cycle management.


    • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and team members.
