    The Business Systems Administrator will be responsible for administeringthe systems that facilitate lead generation to deal creation, leveragingbest in class functionality from Salesforce, Outreach, RingLead andAllbound PRM, to name a few of our pillar technologies.

    You will workwith system analysts, developers and business stakeholders to buildelegant and effective technical solutions.

    We are looking for a rockstar Salesforce administrator for whom problem solving and declarativebuilding are core strengths and programmatic development is a futurecareer aspiration.

    You will be a key contributor to our centralized Enterprise Applicationsteam, partnering closely with our Marketing, Sales Development andChannel functions.

    Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindsetfocused on improving business processes are key to this role\'s success.
    The role reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications.
    What You\'ll Accomplish
    As a Business Systems Administrator at Cribl, you will assist in theadministration of our lead to opportunity systems. Your contributionswill be instrumental in streamlining operations and driving efficiencyacross the organization.


    Specifically, you will:

    Systems Administration:


    Take ownership of Salesforce Sales Cloud(Lead to Opportunity), CPQ, Allbound PRM and RingLead administration tooptimize their functionality, ensuring seamless operations and dataaccuracy.


    Data Quality:
    Implement solutions to enhance data quality, ensuringthat our systems are populated with clean, accurate, and up-to-dateinformation. Maintain Cribl\'s robust deduplication, enrichment andnormalization capabilities on the RingLead platform.

    Partner Portal:
    Enhance and maintain Cribl\'s Partner Portal andintegrated systems, enabling efficient collaboration with our partners.

    Technical Mastery:


    You will excel as an administrator and acquirenew skills through continual learning and peer mentorship on your way tobecoming a proficient Salesforce developer.


    Product Understanding:
    Develop a deep understanding of Cribl\'sbusiness and product offerings to better support and align with theorganization\'s goals.

    Complex Issue Resolution:


    Work collaboratively across all assignedsegments of the business to resolve a wide range of complex business andproduct-related requests, significantly reducing time to deliversolutions.

    To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualificationsand qualities:3+ Years of

    Progressive Experience:


    You have at least 3 years ofhands-on experience in Salesforce and GTM systems administration,demonstrating continuous growth and expertise in the field.

    Sales orce Sales Cloud &

    Data Management Proficiency:


    You areproficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ as well as CRM datamanagement, with a proven track record of leveraging CRM and integratedtools to enhance business operations.


    MAP Integration Knowledge:


    You have a solid understanding of howMarketing Automation Platforms (MAP) integrate with Salesforce, enablingyou to thrive as a Marketing Operations partner and optimize marketingprocesses.


    Technical Prowess:


    You have mastered declarative technical skills,including objects, layouts, flows, validations, and no-code integrationsand can apply these skills effectively across our tech stack.

    You are anExcel power user capable of analyzing complex datasets.

    Time Management and Adaptability:
    You can successfully manage yourtime, prioritize workloads and adapt to changing project demands. Younavigate through ambiguity, overcome roadblocks, and find alignment onnext steps.
