    The Team You Will Join:

    Lifestyle Communities' (LC) Information Technology team is innovative and multidisciplinary, taking technology into the future. You'll join a dynamic team of collaborators excited to transform and think critically about Information Technology capabilities and projects. You will help create and run the technology that powers our company.

    The Difference You Will Make:

    As the Sr. Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and security of our server and network infrastructure. This role requires in-depth technical knowledge, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the stability and security of our IT systems. You will work collaboratively with the IT team and end-users to maintain optimal system performance, implement security measures, and plan for future infrastructure enhancements.

    Who You Are:
    • Designs, builds, and migrates solutions to the cloud across the organization working with various teams. Responsible for Automation, Virtual networking/security, and access in AWS Cloud Services.
    • Leads problem and incident resolution facilitating calls with vendors to file bug reports and resolves technical issues. Drives innovations and efficiency through scripting and automation methods.
    • Monitors all system alerts and assists in resolving complex issues in system hardware and software. Leverages and implements automated approaches for systems administration tasks and identifies approaches that leverage our resources and provides economies of scale.
    • Reviews and tests software for accuracy and consistency with documentation, identifying problems and revising documentation and works with vendors and internal customers to deploy and maintain business applications.
    • Serves as an escalation point for issues arising from the Help Desk, communicates outages and maintenance schedules to users, and performs on-call duty for non-business hours support.
    • Remains current on developments in training and instructional methods including technology enhancements and attends periodic seminars, etc. to ensure currency of knowledge.
    • Completes other projects as assigned.
    What You'll Bring:
    • Associate's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Proficiency with network protocols, firewall configurations, and VPNs.
    • Work requires the ability to align and to embrace our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, Teamwork.
    • Strong Experience with designing, deploying, managing, and configuring server solutions using Windows Active Directory, DFS, DNS, and GPO required.
    • Experience maintaining current messaging systems to include maintenance of current email and application systems in Google Apps necessary. Knowledge of engineering and administration of Linux systems required.
    • Must have a passion for Information Technology and have strong customer service skills.
    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and communication skills, especially in written documentation.
    • Work requires strong customer service skills in order to respond promptly to customer needs.
    • Work requires ability to identify and resolve problems with analytical thinking.
    • Work requires adaptability and ability to manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.
    • Work requires original thinking and creativity.
