    Description
    The POS System Admin will oversee managing and updating the POS stack including all SaaS in the org. Programming Toast and managing access to our SaaS apps will be the primary responsibility of this role.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    Program & update Toast
    Audit configurations in Toast and other POS stack
    Manage licenses for SaaS stack
    Work with other depts in the business to ensure responsible spending on SaaS
    Assist field team with best practices surrounding SaaS stack.
    Work with finance/IT Manager to assist in central procurement of licensing.
    Serve as SME on Toast
    Work with IT Field Specialist on ways to better serve the field and their needs.
    Develop a process for requesting and providing access to systems.
    Assist IT Manager with role-based access control.
    Assist IT Manager with uncovering & remediating shadow IT in the org
    Assist IT Field Specialist with troubleshooting/break-fix if necessary.


    Requirements:
    Minimum of 3 years in IT support role
    Managing internal SaaS a huge plus
    POS system experience Strongly preferred
    Strong customer service and people skills
    Metrics/Cost Savings driven
    Experience with Toast/hospitality industry a huge plus
    Experience in the Google Workspace a plus
    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science preferred.
    Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, etc. preferred.
