    Leads and supports company strategic projectsand internal IT projects. Monitors, maintains, and troubleshoots the SAPtechnical environment and Database Management Systems. Develops and maintainstechnical documentation and disaster recovery procedures. Maintains SAPSecurity to address authorization issues across all SAP systems and to adhereto SAP Security best practices.

    Implements various SAP Products and Solutionswhich include installation, upgrades, migration,conversions/consolidation of systems to latest SAP technology andcloud-based platforms, requirement gathering, SAP & HANA sizing andmaintenance of SAP landscape.

    ResponsibilitiesEssential FunctionsProvides daily technical leadership for the IT SAP System Administration Teamwith an emphasis on continued growth, maintenance, and operation of ourSAP, database management, and middleware technologiesPlans, analyzes, configures, monitors, tunes, and troubleshoots SAPsystems, database management systems, SAP middleware systemsDevelops and maintains technical documentation, troubleshoots, resolvesproblems, monitors capacity and performance, and tests disaster recoveryproceduresDesigns and converts SAP ECC systems by migrating to the latest SAP S/4 HANAproducts such as 1909 running on cloud platforms such as SAP HEC, AWS andAzure & deployment of SAP Fiori front-end server FES 6.0Integrates S/4 HANA with multiple legacy and SAP systems on-premise andcloud connectors-based APIsResponsible for successful delivery, ensuring quality and timelydeliverables through the project cycleDesigns complex SAP landscape, involving multiple New Dimension products.

    Sets up HA and DR (High Availability & Disaster Recovery) solutionson-premise and cloud environments such as SAP HEC, AWS and AZURECompletes SAP upgrades using SUM and migration to HANA using DMO andimplements SAP ACTIVATE for S/4HANACompletes daily SAP administration in a very complex landscape, activityplanning, refresh, system maintenance, system decommission, storagespace utilization and management, patching, notes application, incidentmanagement, problem management and resolutionImplements specialized solution manager capabilities namely, technicalmonitoring, ChaRM for transport and change management, Business ProcessRepository, Business Process MonitoringResponsible for project documentation and vendor coordination for technicaldesign, solution and deliveryManages the complex SAP HANA landscapes with SAP HANA BIGDATA components suchas SDA, SDI, SLT for real-time replications and migration of HANA 1.0 to2.0 with MDC (Multi Data Container)Provides expertise in Database management for HANA and a non
    • HANA DBWorks across ITIL and Project Life Cycle delivery landscapes, which includesbut is not limited to agile applications development, support and deploymentFocuses on building solutions and maintaining, optimizing and improvingapplications and systemsContributes to a business and technical blueprint and customizes therespective Software Package Core ModuleLeads and supports IT projectsAnalyzes, develops, and maintains SAP architectures.

    Manages and configures database management systemsManages technical changes that minimizes risk and achieves high reliability,availability and performance of each SAP instanceSupports complex environments onsisting of Sandbox, Development, Test,QA, and Production systemsConfigures alerts; determines thresholds of alerts within monitoring systemsas well as third party monitoring systemsResolves system problems and applies the appropriate course of actionManages incident tickets, including complex troubleshootingHelps to resolve complex issues, establish priorities, and makes decisionswithin guidelines, budgets and authorityAssists with SAP Security to address authorization issues across all SAPsystems and to best practicesNon-essential FunctionsPerforms off-hours support as needed including month-end processesProvides 3rd level support for the IT HelpdeskActs as a mentor to other members of the teamResponsible for testing, end-user training and provide subject matter expertin SAP & HANA TechnologiesPerforms other duties as assigned by supervisor or other designateQualificationsFour-year degree in computer science, information systems, or managementinformation systems or the equivalent in work experience.

    Minimum 5+ years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment andexperience maintaining enterprise level systems.
    Experience with SAP administration Windows and/or Linux platforms.
    Experience designing and building high availability and disaster recoverysystems preferred.
