    Description

    Comfort First Heating & Cooling is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Service Technician to represent our company while going into our clients' homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair heating and cooling systems in Greensboro, NC area.

    Are you a skilled technician who is looking for the right company to build a successful, long-term career with? Can you easily identify sales opportunities?     We offer this position a competitive salary range of $50,000-$100,000, depending on experience.

    You would also be eligible for excellent benefits that include medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off (PTO).

    Our company was founded in 2010 by co-owners Art Harmon and Wesley McLeod. They have over 30 years of experience working in the home improvement industry. Art and Wesley are big supporters of the community and are active participants in many community based projects.     QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

    • 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Valid driver's license
    • Clean driving record
    • Ability to work in extreme temperatures
    Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well independently? Do you have good communication skills and the ability to express technical information in layman's terms? Are you self-motivated, clean, organized, and efficient? Do you take pride in your work? Are you trustworthy and respectful of others and their personal property?
