    Job Description

    Responsibilities (Registered Dental Assistant):

    • Prepare dental chairs and assist dentists during treatments
    • Clean and maintain dental instruments and equipment
    • Ensure cleanliness of operatories and office spaces

    Responsibilities (Front Desk/Receptionist):

    • Welcome and assist patients on arrival
    • Manage phone calls, appointments, and patient documentation
    • Handle insurance verification, paperwork, and billing processes
    • Support patient check-in and check-out
    • Update and maintain patient records accurately
    • Collaborate with the dental team for efficient patient flow
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and address patient concerns

    Requirements:

    • Ability to work independently with integrity and good ethics
    • Previous experience in dental reception or similar roles preferred
    • Familiarity with dental terminologies and procedures
    • Proficiency in Open Dental software
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational and multitasking capabilities
    • Attention to detail in handling patient information
    • Friendly and professional attitude

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: Competitive and based on skills and experience

    Benefits:

    Schedule:

    • 8-hour shifts, including Saturdays
    • Morning shift availability

    Location: In person at Aubrey, TX

    Experience:

    • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Dental assisting: 1 year (Required)
    • Dental receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

    Language:

    • English (Required), Spanish (Preferred)
